HEALING

Sunday 16th May 2010.

I went a walk to the Bush Estate as I often do, as I sat at the bottom of an old tree I put my left hand on the ground, I needed to gather thoughts and clear energies. I was then given divine guidance and told to put my right hand on the ground, this meant that my usual healing energy was going back into the earth. I was to remember to do this often whether it be on soil, grass or even a tree. The next day I was asked to pass this knowledge on to all healers, it doesnt matter what type of healing you may do and ive written the following guidance as asked.

New energy is now present, a higher source for healing.

I have been given new guidance to pass on to you all, no matter which type of healing you may do.

We have all to take time to be in natural surrounding's, connect to nature through your beathing. Be seated peacefully and relax, take a few moments for this to feel right for you.

Feel as if your heart is beating with the earth.

You may feel a warm energy flow from your body and hands, this is exactly what is to happen.

Once this feels comfortable to you, place your hands on the Earth, grass, tree, feel your energy go into the earth, it is now time for your healing energy to be put into the earth to help with healing her.

You will also find this an excellent way of grounding yourself, please take time from your busy schedules now and again to put your healing into mother earth.

Negativity

Negativity can lead to many experiences and emotions, including fear, anger and the presence of lower or dark energies. Many believe that such a thing does not excist, unfortunatley the truth is it does. Through my lessons taught to me by the Angelic realm I had to learn and experience the positive energies as well as the negative so I could move on with my spiritual travels.

They tend to show up in photograph's as black clouds of energy the larger they are the more visible they are. This energy can be negative, possibly full of anger.Its presence tends to feel heavy in the room or wherever it may be sometimes with a nasty smell like rotten fruit and veg or rotten eggs. When your feeling down, fed up, in despair and you feel you cannot lift your emotions, keeping yourself there attracts lower energies, they feed on fear and anger this lets the lower energies become stronger because it drains your energy, you may even experience physical harm. Do ask the Angels for help and protection because they will gladly help. There is a great deal of negative energy in this world due to conflicts, war, misunderstandings, ignorance but this can change if we only ask for guidance. Some energies can be angry souls who have not passed over or accepted they are no longer alive or maybe they have unfinished business, some may just be people who have not quite passed over, the energies are not always bad energies. But they tend to need help to pass over peacefully. The Angels can help you to learn to protect yourself with pure loving white light, also the same to our planet and to situations. The brighter each of our light shines the more it can dispell darker/lower energies as well.
